Getting the Best Fit: Strap Adjustment Guide
The RegenaLight mask is designed to fit a wide range of face shapes and sizes. If your mask feels too tight, uncomfortable, or keeps slipping, the steps below will help you get a proper fit.
The Velcro Extension Trick
Most customers who find the mask too tight are threading the velcro strap all the way through the loop, which creates a shorter, tighter fit. By only partially threading the strap through, you unlock a much wider range of adjustment.
Short Length (too tight): Strap threaded all the way through the loop.
Extended Flexibility (recommended): Strap only partially threaded, leaving extra length, giving you significantly more room to adjust.

Step-by-Step Fitting Guide
-
Loosen all straps fully before putting the mask on. Do not try to put it on with the straps already tightened.
-
Use the velcro extension trick by pulling the strap back through the loop slightly so it is only partially threaded. This gives you the maximum range of adjustment.
-
Position the nose piece first by aligning it with your nose before securing the straps. This anchors the mask in the correct position.
-
Pull the straps back gently and fasten the velcro at the tension that feels comfortable. The mask should sit snugly without pressing uncomfortably on your nose or cheeks.
-
Try lying down as many customers find the mask stays in place more comfortably when lying back rather than sitting upright, since gravity helps seat it against the face.
