How to Charge Your RegenaLight Mask

How to Charge Your RegenaLight Mask Charging your mask correctly ensures it performs at its best every session. Here's everything you need to know. Step-by-Step Charging Instructions 1. Power the mask off completely before connecting it to charge. Do not turn the mask on while it is plugged in — this can interrupt the charging process. 2. Use the included USB charging cable and connect it to a wall adapter. A direct wall outlet gives the most consistent charge; laptop USB ports or power banks may charge more slowly or inconsistently. 3. Look for the indicator light. Once plugged in, you'll see the light blinking — this means your mask is actively charging. 4. Wait for a solid (steady) light. When the blinking stops and the light becomes solid, your mask is fully charged and ready to use. 5. Unplug before use. Disconnect the cable before powering the mask on for your session. Charging Tips - Charge time varies depending on the adapter and cable you use. A typical full charge takes around 1–2 hours using a standard wall adapter. - If the charging indicator light doesn't appear when you plug in, try a different adapter or cable. Not all USB adapters deliver consistent output. - For best results, charge your mask after every few sessions rather than waiting until it's fully depleted. Quick Troubleshooting - No indicator light at all? Try a different cable and wall adapter first — this resolves most charging issues. - Charging seems to take very long? Switch to a wall outlet if you're currently using a laptop or power strip. - Mask won't turn on after charging? See our article: My RegenaLight Mask Won't Turn On — Troubleshooting Guide. Getting Started with RegenaLight: Your First Session Guide

Getting Started with RegenaLight: Your First Session Guide Welcome to RegenaLight! Here is everything you need to know to complete your first session successfully. Step 1 — Charge the mask fully before your first use Before your first session, charge the mask fully using the included USB cable and a 5V/1A wall adapter. The indicator light blinks red while charging and turns solid green when fully charged. This takes 1-2 hours. Important: Do not turn the mask on while it is plugged in. It will not power on while charging. Always unplug before use. Step 2 — Adjust the straps before putting it on Loosen all straps fully before placing the mask on your face. Position the nose piece first, then pull the straps back. For a wider fit, do not push the velcro hook all the way through the loop — leaving it partially through gives you significantly more adjustment range. Many customers find lying down more comfortable than sitting up. See the full strap guide here: Getting the Best Fit: Strap Adjustment Guide Step 3 — Powering on Press and hold the RegenaLight logo on the forehead for 2 seconds. Use the full pad of your palm or thumb — not your fingertips. Fingertips often do not register on capacitive touch sensors, especially if your hands are dry or you have reduced fingertip sensitivity. This is the most common first-session issue. A firm palm press held for a full 2 seconds will power it on reliably. Do not use fingernails. A power indicator light will confirm the mask is on. Step 4 — Choose your color Tap the forehead logo briefly to cycle through the 7 colors. Choose based on your primary skin concern: - Red (633nm) — Anti-aging, fine lines, collagen and elastin production - Blue (415nm) — Acne and breakouts - Purple — Red and blue combined - Green (525nm) — Hyperpigmentation, dark spots, oily skin, anti-inflammation - Yellow (590nm) — Redness, rosacea, skin texture - Cyan (490nm) — Inflammation, swollen capillaries, sensitive skin - White (510nm) — Anti-inflammation, skin metabolism, tightening and firming Tip: Tap to the 8th option to activate auto-cycle mode, which automatically rotates through all 7 colors during your session — great if you want to target multiple concerns at once. Not sure which to use? Start with red — it is the most studied and works for most skin types. Step 5 — Your session Relax for 15 minutes. The mask automatically shuts off after 15 minutes — this is by design, not a malfunction. You can do up to two 15-minute sessions per day for a maximum of 30 minutes total. Daily consistency produces better results than occasional longer sessions. After your session Power off by holding the forehead logo for 2 seconds. Wipe the inside of the mask with a clean cloth or makeup removal wipe. Charge it before your next session if needed. Questions? Getting the Best Fit: Strap Adjustment Guide

Getting the Best Fit: Strap Adjustment Guide The RegenaLight mask is designed to fit a wide range of face shapes and sizes. If your mask feels too tight, uncomfortable, or keeps slipping, the steps below will help you get a proper fit. The Velcro Extension Trick Most customers who find the mask too tight are threading the velcro strap all the way through the loop, which creates a shorter, tighter fit. By only partially threading the strap through, you unlock a much wider range of adjustment. Short Length (too tight): Strap threaded all the way through the loop. Extended Flexibility (recommended): Strap only partially threaded, leaving extra length, giving you significantly more room to adjust. RegenaLight Strap Adjustment Guide: Short Length vs Extended Flexibility Step-by-Step Fitting Guide 1. Loosen all straps fully before putting the mask on. Do not try to put it on with the straps already tightened. 2. Use the velcro extension trick by pulling the strap back through the loop slightly so it is only partially threaded. This gives you the maximum range of adjustment. 3. Position the nose piece first by aligning it with your nose before securing the straps. This anchors the mask in the correct position. 4. Pull the straps back gently and fasten the velcro at the tension that feels comfortable. The mask should sit snugly without pressing uncomfortably on your nose or cheeks. 5. Try lying down as many customers find the mask stays in place more comfortably when lying back rather than sitting upright, since gravity helps seat it against the face. Still Not Comfortable? If you have tried these adjustments and the mask still does not fit comfortably, you are welcome to initiate a return within 14 days of delivery through our self-service portal: https://regenalight.com/a/returnzap For any questions, reach out to us at hi@regenalight.com.

Can I Use RegenaLight on Other Parts of My Body?

Can I Use RegenaLight on Other Parts of My Body? Yes. While the RegenaLight mask and neck piece are shaped and designed to fit the face and neck, they are red light therapy devices at their core — and red light therapy has documented benefits for any area of the body, not just facial skin. Using RegenaLight as a Spot Treatment Many customers use their RegenaLight mask as a targeted spot treatment on areas such as: - Knees and joints - Shoulders and elbows - Lower back - Hands and wrists - Any localized area of tension, inflammation, or discomfort Because the mask is contoured for the face, you will need to hold it in place manually or position it close to the target area. It does not need to be in direct contact with the skin to be effective — holding it a few centimeters away works fine. Which Color Setting to Use For body spot treatments, the red light setting is the most relevant wavelength. Red light penetrates deeper into tissue and is associated with circulation support, inflammation reduction, and tissue recovery. This is true whether you are targeting facial skin or any other area of the body. To select red light, cycle through the color options until you reach the red setting. Session Guidelines The same session guidelines apply regardless of where you are using the device: - 15 minutes per session - Up to 2 sessions per day on the same area - Consistent use over several weeks produces the best results A Note on Medical Conditions If you are dealing with a specific injury or medical condition and have questions about whether red light therapy is appropriate for your situation, we recommend consulting your doctor or healthcare provider. RegenaLight is a wellness device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
