Getting Started with RegenaLight: Your First Session Guide

Welcome to RegenaLight! Here is everything you need to know to get the most out of your first session and every session after.


Before Your First Session

Charge your mask first. Plug in using the included USB cable before your first use. Do not use the mask while it is plugged in. Charge it fully first, then unplug before starting your session.


Your First Session: Step by Step

Step 1: Cleanse Your Face

Remove all makeup, oils, and skincare products. LED light penetrates best on clean, bare skin.

The only exception: serums specifically formulated to boost LED therapy can be applied before your session. All other products should be applied after.

Step 2: Adjust Your Straps

Loosen all straps fully before putting the mask on. For maximum adjustment range, do not thread the velcro hook all the way through the loop. Leaving it partially through gives you a much wider, more comfortable fit. Position the nose piece first, then pull the straps back and fasten at a comfortable tension.

Step 3: Choose Your Color

Hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on. Tap once to cycle through the 7 colors:

  • Red (633nm): Anti-aging, collagen
  • Blue (415nm): Acne, bacteria
  • Purple: Anti-aging and acne combined
  • Green (525nm): Pigmentation, tone
  • Yellow (590nm): Redness, brightening
  • Cyan (490nm): Sensitive skin, calm
  • White (510nm): Overall skin health

Not sure which to start with? Red is the most popular choice for most skin concerns.

Step 4: Relax for 15 Minutes

The mask will auto-shut off after 15 minutes. Use this time to relax. Lying down is often more comfortable than sitting upright and helps keep the mask in position.

Step 5: Complete Your Skincare Routine

Immediately after your session, apply your serums, moisturizers, and any other skincare products. Your skin is primed for peak absorption right after LED therapy, making it the ideal window to get the most from your routine.


How Often Should I Use It?

Use 3-5 times per week for best results. LED therapy is cumulative, so consistency is the only secret.


When Will I See Results?

Most customers notice improved texture by week 2, a visible glow by week 4, and significant collagen changes by weeks 8-12. Give it the time it deserves.
