Getting Started with RegenaLight: Your First Session Guide

Welcome to RegenaLight. Here is everything you need to know to get started and make the most of your first session.

Step 1: Charge before your first use

Plug your mask into a 5V/1A wall adapter using the included USB cable and charge until the indicator light turns solid green — typically 2-3 hours. Do not power the mask on while it is plugged in.

The neck piece charges separately using its own cable.

Step 2: Cleanse your face

Remove all makeup, moisturizers, oils, and skincare products. LED light penetrates best on clean, bare skin. The only product designed to be applied before a session is the RegenaLight Pre-Treatment Concentrate — everything else should go on after.

Step 3: Power on with your palm

Hold the full flat of your palm firmly against the power button on the forehead of the mask for 2-3 seconds. Do not use your fingertips — the touch sensor is capacitive and requires full palm contact to register reliably, especially on dry skin.

Step 4: Select your wavelength

Press the button to cycle through the 7 color modes. Each press moves to the next wavelength. Here is a quick guide:

Mode Wavelength Best For
Red + NIR 633nm + 850nm Anti-aging, collagen, deep tissue repair
Blue 415nm Acne, breakouts
Purple Red + Blue Anti-aging and acne combined
Green 525nm Pigmentation, uneven tone
Yellow 590nm Redness, rosacea
Cyan 490nm Sensitive skin, inflammation
White 510nm Overall skin health
Auto-Cycle (8th) All modes Comprehensive coverage

Note on Red + NIR: When you select red light mode, the mask simultaneously activates near-infrared (NIR) at 850nm. NIR is invisible to the eye but penetrates deeper than any visible wavelength for enhanced collagen stimulation and tissue repair. It activates automatically — no extra steps needed.

Not sure which to choose? Press to the 8th option (auto-cycle mode) — the mask will rotate through all 7 wavelengths automatically during your session.

Step 5: Wear for 15 minutes

The mask runs for 15 minutes and shuts off automatically. Most customers use this time to relax. Eyes can be open or closed during your session — the built-in eye guards protect your eyes either way.

You can use the mask up to twice per day for a maximum of 30 minutes daily. For best results, use 3-5 times per week or daily if possible — consistency is what drives results.

Step 6: Apply your skincare routine after

Once your session ends, immediately apply your serums, moisturizers, retinol, and any other skincare products. Your skin absorbs active ingredients more effectively immediately after an LED session — this is the best time to get the most out of your routine.

What to expect

LED therapy is cumulative. Results build with consistent use over time:

  • Week 2: Skin feels softer and looks slightly brighter
  • Week 4: Visible improvement in tone, texture, and redness
  • Week 8: Collagen changes become noticeable
  • Week 12: Most customers report their most significant results

Stay consistent and give it time. The customers who transform their skin are the ones who stick with it.
