How Long Does the RegenaLight Battery Last?
Your RegenaLight mask is designed for consistent, wireless use — and understanding battery behavior helps you get the most out of every session.
Battery Life Per Charge
A fully charged RegenaLight mask delivers approximately 4 full sessions before needing to recharge. This applies to both the face mask and neck piece.
This is normal and expected. If your battery is running out after around 4 sessions, your device is performing exactly as designed.
What Counts as a Full Session?
One session is a standard treatment cycle as described in your usage guide — typically 10–20 minutes depending on your mode and routine. Shorter sessions will naturally extend the number of uses per charge.
Tips for Getting the Most From Your Battery
-
Charge after every 3–4 sessions rather than waiting until the battery is completely dead. This maintains battery health over time.
-
Store your mask with some charge if you're not planning to use it for a while. A fully depleted battery left unused for extended periods can degrade performance.
-
Use a wall outlet for charging rather than a laptop USB port, which may deliver inconsistent power and result in partial charges.
Is My Battery Defective?
If your mask is dying significantly faster than 4 sessions — for example, cutting off mid-session or dying after only 1–2 uses despite a confirmed full charge — that may indicate a battery issue worth investigating.
