My RegenaLight Mask Won't Turn On — Troubleshooting Guide

We know how frustrating it can be when your device doesn't respond the way you expect. The good news is that most "won't turn on" issues have a simple fix. Work through these steps and you'll likely have your mask up and running in minutes.

Step 1: Make Sure the Mask Is Not Plugged In

The most common cause of this issue is attempting to power on the mask while it's still connected to the charger. The RegenaLight mask will not turn on while plugged in. Unplug it completely, then try holding the power button for 3–5 seconds.

Step 2: Charge the Mask

If the mask is unplugged and still unresponsive, the battery may be fully depleted.

Connect the mask to a wall outlet using the USB charging cable and a wall adapter.
You should see the indicator light begin blinking — this confirms it's charging.
Charge until the light turns solid, indicating a full charge.
Unplug, then press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds to turn it on.

Step 3: Try a Different Cable and Adapter

If no indicator light appears during charging, the cable or adapter may be the issue. USB adapters vary significantly in output quality. Switch to a different cable and a standard wall adapter (not a laptop port or power bank), then try charging again.

Step 4: Listen for the Startup Tone

When the RegenaLight mask powers on successfully, it emits a sound. If you're not hearing anything when pressing the button, confirm the mask has had adequate charge time and try again after a full charge cycle.
