How to Charge Your RegenaLight Mask
Charging your mask correctly ensures it performs at its best every session. Here's everything you need to know.
Step-by-Step Charging Instructions
- Power the mask off completely before connecting it to charge. Do not turn the mask on while it is plugged in — this can interrupt the charging process.
- Use the included USB charging cable and connect it to a wall adapter. A direct wall outlet gives the most consistent charge; laptop USB ports or power banks may charge more slowly or inconsistently.
- Look for the indicator light. Once plugged in, you'll see the light blinking — this means your mask is actively charging.
- Wait for a solid (steady) light. When the blinking stops and the light becomes solid, your mask is fully charged and ready to use.
- Unplug before use. Disconnect the cable before powering the mask on for your session.
Charging Tips
- Charge time varies depending on the adapter and cable you use. A typical full charge takes around 1–2 hours using a standard wall adapter.
- If the charging indicator light doesn't appear when you plug in, try a different adapter or cable. Not all USB adapters deliver consistent output.
- For best results, charge your mask after every few sessions rather than waiting until it's fully depleted.
Quick Troubleshooting
- No indicator light at all? Try a different cable and wall adapter first — this resolves most charging issues.
- Charging seems to take very long? Switch to a wall outlet if you're currently using a laptop or power strip.
