Can I Use RegenaLight on Other Parts of My Body?

Yes. While the RegenaLight mask and neck piece are shaped and designed to fit the face and neck, they are red light therapy devices at their core — and red light therapy has documented benefits for any area of the body, not just facial skin.

Using RegenaLight as a Spot Treatment

Many customers use their RegenaLight mask as a targeted spot treatment on areas such as:

  • Knees and joints
  • Shoulders and elbows
  • Lower back
  • Hands and wrists
  • Any localized area of tension, inflammation, or discomfort

Because the mask is contoured for the face, you will need to hold it in place manually or position it close to the target area. It does not need to be in direct contact with the skin to be effective — holding it a few centimeters away works fine.

Which Color Setting to Use

For body spot treatments, the red light setting is the most relevant wavelength. Red light penetrates deeper into tissue and is associated with circulation support, inflammation reduction, and tissue recovery. This is true whether you are targeting facial skin or any other area of the body.

To select red light, cycle through the color options until you reach the red setting.

Session Guidelines

The same session guidelines apply regardless of where you are using the device:

  • 15 minutes per session
  • Up to 2 sessions per day on the same area
  • Consistent use over several weeks produces the best results

A Note on Medical Conditions

If you are dealing with a specific injury or medical condition and have questions about whether red light therapy is appropriate for your situation, we recommend consulting your doctor or healthcare provider. RegenaLight is a wellness device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
