What Do the 7 Light Colors Do?
The RegenaLight mask features 7 LED wavelengths, each targeting different skin concerns. Here is what each color does and when to use it.
The 7 Colors
Red — 633nm Anti-aging, fine lines, wrinkles, collagen and elastin production. The most studied wavelength in LED therapy and a great starting point for most users.
Blue — 415nm Anti-acne, targets acne-causing bacteria, reduces breakouts and oily skin.
Purple A combination of red and blue light running simultaneously — targets both anti-aging and acne at the same time. A great all-rounder if you have both concerns.
Green — 525nm Hyperpigmentation, dark spots, oily skin, and anti-inflammation. Helps even out skin tone and reduce melanin production.
Yellow — 590nm Redness, rosacea, and balancing skin texture. Particularly effective for sensitive or reactive skin.
Cyan — 490nm Reduces swollen capillaries and inflammation. Good for sensitive skin and post-procedure recovery.
White — 510nm Anti-inflammation, boosts skin metabolism, and supports skin tightening and firming. A broad spectrum option for overall skin health.
Auto-Cycle Mode
Tap to the 8th option to activate auto-cycle mode. The mask will automatically rotate through all 7 colors during your 15-minute session — a great option if you want to target multiple concerns at once without manually switching.
Using Multiple Colors
You can target multiple concerns in two ways:
- Split your session — use one color for the first 7-8 minutes, then tap to switch to another color for the remaining time
- Alternate by day — use one color on certain days and a different color on others
- Auto-cycle — let the mask cycle through all 7 colors automatically
You can do up to two 15-minute sessions per day for a maximum of 30 minutes total.
Which Color Should I Start With?
If you are unsure, start with red. It is the most researched wavelength in LED light therapy and benefits most skin types regardless of primary concern.
