I've Been Using RegenaLight and Not Seeing Results — What Am I Missing?
The most common reason customers do not see results is inconsistency. LED light therapy is cumulative — results build over time through repeated sessions, and there are no shortcuts to that process.
The consistency requirement
RegenaLight works at the cellular level by stimulating collagen production, reducing inflammation, and increasing circulation. These are biological processes that take time. A few sessions will not produce visible change. Consistent sessions over weeks and months will.
The minimum effective schedule is 3-5 sessions per week.
Customers who use the mask once or twice a week and do not see results are simply not giving the treatment enough input to produce a visible output. Those who use it consistently — 3 to 5 times per week, every week — are the ones who report the most significant transformations.
What to expect and when
If you are using it consistently, here is a realistic timeline:
- Weeks 1-2: Skin may feel softer or look slightly brighter. Subtle changes happening beneath the surface.
- Week 4: Clearer complexion, reduced redness, improved texture becoming visible.
- Week 8: Collagen changes begin to show. Fine lines appear softer.
- Week 12: Most customers see their most significant results at this point with consistent use.
If you are at week 4 or 6 and not seeing anything, the honest question to ask is how many sessions per week you have been doing. If it is fewer than 3, that is the variable to adjust — not the device.
Other things that help

Stay for the full 15 minutes. Partial sessions reduce the total light energy delivered to your skin.
Use the right wavelength for your concern. Red light (633nm) is best for anti-aging and collagen. Blue light (415nm) is best for acne. If you are not sure, the auto-cycle 8th setting covers all wavelengths in every session.
