Getting Started with RegenaLight: Your First Session Guide

Welcome to RegenaLight! Here is everything you need to know to complete your first session successfully.

Step 1 — Charge the mask fully before your first use

Before your first session, charge the mask fully using the included USB cable and a 5V/1A wall adapter. The indicator light blinks red while charging and turns solid green when fully charged. This takes 1-2 hours.

Important: Do not turn the mask on while it is plugged in. It will not power on while charging. Always unplug before use.

Step 2 — Adjust the straps before putting it on

Loosen all straps fully before placing the mask on your face. Position the nose piece first, then pull the straps back. For a wider fit, do not push the velcro hook all the way through the loop — leaving it partially through gives you significantly more adjustment range. Many customers find lying down more comfortable than sitting up.

Step 3 — Powering on

Press and hold the RegenaLight logo on the forehead for 2 seconds. Use the full pad of your palm or thumb — not your fingertips.

Fingertips often do not register on capacitive touch sensors, especially if your hands are dry or you have reduced fingertip sensitivity. This is the most common first-session issue. A firm palm press held for a full 2 seconds will power it on reliably. Do not use fingernails.

A power indicator light will confirm the mask is on.

Step 4 — Choose your color

Tap the forehead logo briefly to cycle through the 7 colors. Choose based on your primary skin concern:

  • Red (633nm) — Anti-aging, fine lines, collagen and elastin production
  • Blue (415nm) — Acne and breakouts
  • Purple — Red and blue combined
  • Green (525nm) — Hyperpigmentation, dark spots, oily skin, anti-inflammation
  • Yellow (590nm) — Redness, rosacea, skin texture
  • Cyan (490nm) — Inflammation, swollen capillaries, sensitive skin
  • White (510nm) — Anti-inflammation, skin metabolism, tightening and firming

Tip: Tap to the 8th option to activate auto-cycle mode, which automatically rotates through all 7 colors during your session — great if you want to target multiple concerns at once.

Not sure which to use? Start with red — it is the most studied and works for most skin types.

Step 5 — Your session

Relax for 15 minutes. The mask automatically shuts off after 15 minutes — this is by design, not a malfunction.

You can do up to two 15-minute sessions per day for a maximum of 30 minutes total. Daily consistency produces better results than occasional longer sessions.

After your session

Power off by holding the forehead logo for 2 seconds. Wipe the inside of the mask with a clean cloth or makeup removal wipe. Charge it before your next session if needed.
