How to Return Your RegenaLight

How to Return Your RegenaLight Return eligibility Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible your item must be in its original condition and original packaging. The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances: - Worry Free Delivery — Shipping protection is a digital service that activates the moment your order ships. Once fulfilled, this fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you are returning the device. It cannot be included in your refund. - Serums and ingredient-based skincare products — Non-refundable for sanitary reasons. - Orders outside the 14-day delivery window. How to initiate a return 1. Go to our returns portal: regenalight.com/a/returnzap 2. No account or password is needed. Simply enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout — the portal will pull up your order automatically 3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and your reason 4. Purchase your return shipping label 5. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship immediately Important: Your return must be physically received by us within 14 days of your label purchase date. Do not wait to ship — purchase your label and drop off the package the same day or next day to ensure your return arrives on time. Returns received after this window are not eligible for a refund. Having trouble accessing the portal? Make sure you are using the same email address you used when placing your order. The portal does not require a login or password — only your order number and checkout email. Fees and refund options - Cash refund: $30 restocking fee applies and is deducted from your refund - Store credit: Restocking fee waived — you receive the full item value as store credit - Refund timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive your return Manufacturing defects If your mask has stopped working or has a hardware defect, this is a warranty issue — not a standard return. Please contact our support team directly. Under our 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty you are eligible for a free replacement without returning the faulty unit. RegenaLight Warranty Policy RegenaLight products are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. What Is Covered - LED malfunction or failure - Charging port failure - Device failure under normal use - Manufacturing defects What Is NOT Covered - Physical damage from drops or misuse - Water damage - Damage caused by use of incompatible third-party chargers - Claims submitted after 1 year from purchase date - Damage from use while plugged in Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. Refund vs Replacement — Understanding Your Options Within 14 days of delivery: If your device is defective, you have two options: - A free replacement shipped at no cost — you do not need to return the defective unit - A full refund with no restocking fee and no return shipping required After 14 days of delivery, within 1 year of purchase: The refund window has closed. The warranty provides a free replacement only — no refund is available after the 14-day delivery window has passed. You do not need to return the defective unit. After 1 year from purchase: Both the return window and warranty period have expired. No replacement or refund can be provided. How to Submit a Warranty Claim Contact us at hi@regenalight.com with your order number and a short video showing the issue. Important when sharing your video: - If using Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, or any other cloud service, please set the link to public or "anyone with the link can view" before sending — private links cannot be opened on our end - Alternatively, WeTransfer (wetransfer.com) is free, requires no account, and is the easiest way to send video files Once we can view and verify the video, we will ship your replacement immediately.
