How to Return Your RegenaLight We accept returns within 14 days of delivery through our self-service returns portal. Starting Your Return Visit our returns portal and follow the steps: https://regenalight.com/a/returnzap You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout to log in. Return Requirements - Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included - Returns received in non-original packaging may be subject to rejection or a reduced refund - The return window is 14 days from the date of delivery, not the order date Fees - A $20 restocking fee applies to cash refunds - The restocking fee is waived if you choose store credit instead - Store credit is applied to your account immediately upon receipt of your return Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You can purchase a return shipping label directly through the portal at competitive carrier rates, often cheaper than going to a carrier store directly. Refund Timeline Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Defective Items If your item is defective or damaged, please do not initiate a return through the portal. Instead, contact us at hi@regenalight.com with a photo or short video of the issue and we will send a replacement immediately. You do not need to return defective units. Questions?
