RegenaLight Warranty Policy
All RegenaLight products are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
- LED malfunction or failure
- Charging port failure
- Device failure under normal use
- Any manufacturing defect that prevents the device from functioning as intended
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops, impact, or misuse
- Water damage
- Damage caused by use of third-party or incompatible chargers
- Normal cosmetic wear such as minor scratches or discoloration
- Damage caused by use outside of the product instructions
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Email us at hi@regenalight.com with your order number
- Attach a photo or short video showing the issue
- Our team will review and confirm the claim
- A replacement will be shipped to you promptly
You do not need to return the defective unit. Photo or video documentation is all that is required.
Important Notes
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser only
- Purchases made through unauthorized resellers are not covered
- RegenaLight products are exclusively sold through RegenaLight.com and approved clinics and spas
