RegenaLight Warranty Policy

RegenaLight Warranty Policy

All RegenaLight products are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.


What Is Covered

  • LED malfunction or failure
  • Charging port failure
  • Device failure under normal use
  • Any manufacturing defect that prevents the device from functioning as intended

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage from drops, impact, or misuse
  • Water damage
  • Damage caused by use of third-party or incompatible chargers
  • Normal cosmetic wear such as minor scratches or discoloration
  • Damage caused by use outside of the product instructions

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at hi@regenalight.com with your order number
  2. Attach a photo or short video showing the issue
  3. Our team will review and confirm the claim
  4. A replacement will be shipped to you promptly

You do not need to return the defective unit. Photo or video documentation is all that is required.


Important Notes

  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser only
  • Purchases made through unauthorized resellers are not covered
  • RegenaLight products are exclusively sold through RegenaLight.com and approved clinics and spas
