How to Return Your RegenaLight

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery through our self-service returns portal.

You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout to log in.

Return Requirements

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included
• Returns received in non-original packaging may be subject to rejection or a reduced refund
• The return window is 14 days from the date of delivery, not the order date

Fees

• A $20 restocking fee applies to cash refunds
• The restocking fee is waived if you choose store credit instead
• Store credit is applied to your account immediately upon receipt of your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You can purchase a return shipping label directly through the portal at competitive carrier rates, often cheaper than going to a carrier store directly.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Defective Items

If your item is defective or damaged, please do not initiate a return through the portal. Instead, contact us at hi@regenalight.com with a photo or short video of the issue and we will send a replacement immediately. You do not need to return defective units.
