How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Pre-Treatment Concentrate subscription anytime from your account. No phone calls, no waiting, no explanations required.
How to cancel
- Go to regenalight.com/account and sign in
- Find your Pre-Treatment Concentrate subscription
- Click Manage Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason (helps us improve)
- Confirm
Your cancellation takes effect immediately. You won't be charged again and no further shipments will be sent.
What happens after you cancel
- Your subscription is canceled right away
- You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email
- Any products you've already received are yours to keep
- You can resubscribe anytime by returning to the Pre-Treatment Concentrate product page
Will I lose my subscriber pricing if I cancel?
Yes. Canceling ends your current subscription, so when you resubscribe, you'll pay whatever the current subscription price is at that time.
If you think you might want to come back later, consider pausing for up to 3 months instead. Pausing preserves your current pricing.
I canceled by mistake
No problem. Sign in to your account and click Reactivate on the canceled subscription. As long as you reactivate quickly, your original pricing should still apply.

Canceled but still got charged
If you see a charge after canceling, it's likely for an order that had already processed before cancellation. Check your order history in your account. If something looks wrong, reply to the charge email or contact us at hi@regenalight.com and we'll sort it out.
