How to Pause Your Subscription

Life happens. You can pause your Pre-Treatment Concentrate subscription anytime for 1, 2, or 3 months without canceling.

What happens when you pause

• All billing stops for the pause period
• No shipments are sent during the pause
• Your subscription reactivates automatically at the end of the pause
• Your current pricing is preserved
• You can make changes to your subscription anytime during the pause

How to pause

1. Go to regenalight.com/account and sign in
2. Find your Pre-Treatment Concentrate subscription
3. Click Manage Subscription
4. Select Pause (or start the cancel flow and you'll see the pause option)
5. Choose 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months
6. Confirm

You'll get an email confirming your pause with the date your subscription will reactivate.

Can I pause longer than 3 months?

3 months is currently the longest pause available. If you need a longer break, pause for 3 months and pause again when it reactivates. Or cancel and resubscribe later (note: canceling means you'll lose your current pricing and may pay more when you resubscribe).

How to unpause early

You can reactivate a paused subscription anytime by signing in to your account and clicking Reactivate on the subscription. Your next order will ship on a schedule you choose.

If you forgot you paused

We'll send you an email 7 days before your pause ends to remind you. You'll have time to extend the pause or adjust your next order if you want.
