How to Update Your Payment Method or Shipping Address

How to Update Your Payment Method or Shipping Address

Both your payment method and shipping address can be updated from your account in under a minute.

Update your shipping address

  1. Go to regenalight.com/account and sign in
  2. Find your Pre-Treatment Concentrate subscription
  3. Click Manage Subscription
  4. Select Shipping Address
  5. Enter your new address and save

Address changes apply to your next shipment as long as they're made before your next order processes. If your next order is about to ship, the change may not apply until the shipment after.

Update your payment method

  1. Go to regenalight.com/account and sign in
  2. Click Payment Methods (or find it within your subscription settings)
  3. Add a new card or update your existing one
  4. Save

Your new card will be charged on your next billing date. We don't store or see your full card number, our payment processor handles this securely.

Card expiring soon

If your card is about to expire, we'll send you an email reminder the month before so you can update it. Don't wait until the charge fails, updating in advance prevents any disruption to your shipments.

Card got declined

If a charge fails, we'll automatically retry the payment a couple times over the next few days while you update your card. If we can't process payment after retries, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment method.

You can update your card anytime from your account.

Moving internationally

If you're moving to a country we don't currently ship to, your subscription will need to be canceled. Email us at hi@regenalight.com before you move and we can help figure out options.
