When Will My Next Bottle Arrive?

Your Pre-Treatment Concentrate subscription ships every 30 days. Here's what to expect and how to check or change your shipping schedule.

Check your next order date

  1. Go to regenalight.com/account and sign in
  2. Your next order date and what's shipping will be displayed on your subscription

Shipping timeline

After your subscription charges, here's roughly what to expect:

  • Day 0: Card charged, order placed
  • Day 1 to 2: Order processed and handed to carrier
  • Day 3 to 7: Arrives at your door (domestic US)

International orders may take longer depending on your region. All orders ship free.

You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships so you can follow it in real time.

I have too much product, can I skip this month?

Yes. Skip your next order anytime from your account:

  1. Sign in at regenalight.com/account
  2. Find your subscription
  3. Click Skip Next Order

Your next charge and shipment will be pushed out by your normal billing cycle (30 days). Your subscription continues normally after that.

Skip vs. Pause

  • Skip is for when you want to push back one order but keep your regular schedule
  • Pause is for when you want to take a longer break (1, 2, or 3 months)

Both are in your account. Skip is faster for one-time adjustments.

Change how often I get charged

Pre-Treatment Concentrate is currently only available on a monthly subscription. If you want to extend the interval between orders, try pausing for 1 to 3 months.

My order didn't arrive

If it's been more than 10 days since your shipment notification and you still haven't received your order, contact us at hi@regenalight.com with your order number and we'll track it down for you.
