How to Manage Your Pre-Treatment Concentrate Subscription

Your subscription is fully self-serve. You can pause, skip, update, or cancel anytime from your account.

Accessing your account

Go to regenalight.com/account and enter the email address you used when you subscribed. We'll send you a login code. Enter the code and you're in.

No password required. Each login uses a fresh code for security.

What you can do from your account

From the subscription portal you can:

• See your next order date and what's shipping
• Skip your next order
• Pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months
• Change your shipping address
• Update your payment method
• Cancel your subscription
• Reactivate a paused or canceled subscription

How often you'll be charged

By default, your Pre-Treatment Concentrate subscription charges every 30 days at $39.99 per bottle with free shipping.

You'll get an email reminder 5 days before each charge so you have time to skip, pause, or make changes if needed.
